The PGE mBOK application provides PGE Obrót S.A. customers with quick access to a mobile Customer Service Office 24/7. Now, at a convenient time, many tasks can be completed.

• Make electronic payments
• Purchase energy for prepaid meters
• Explore new offers and services
• Receive notifications about upcoming payment deadlines, missed payments, new promotions, etc.
• Locate the nearest stationary Customer Service Offices
• Access useful document templates: applications, contract templates, terms of contracts, and offers
• Link multiple settlement accounts and manage them without the need for re-logging

Accessing the full functionality of the PGE mBOK application requires an active account on the PGE eBOK platform. Registration can be easily done on the http://ebok.gkpge.pl website. Information such as PESEL or NIP (for business customers), the customer's registry number, and the amount of the last invoice are required. If you do not remember your customer registry number or the amount from the last invoice, please contact the PGE Contact Center at the dedicated number +48 422 222 298 for assistance.

Your email address provided during login will be used as the login for the PGE eBOK system. You can also log in to PGE mBOK using your PGE eBOK login credentials or set a four-digit mPIN to link accounts in both PGE eBOK and PGE mBOK.
